Larger Recipe
50 chicken breast
4 c soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
2 c oil
3 1/2 liters sprite
garlic salt to taste
onion salt to taste
Put chicken breasts (frozen) in a bucket. Pour in the soy sauce and oil. Then pour the Sprite in until all liquid combined totally covers the chicken. Seal on the lid and let sit out overnight. It is very common to see the lid bulge because of the carbonation. This is alright, therefore I like to put the bucket of chicken in the bath tub. If you notice the bucket does not seem cold to the touch, you can put it in the fridge or an ice chest. This might occur well after 12-18h hours.
Small Recipe
15 chicken breast
2 c soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
1 c oil
Sprite enough to cover the chicken
garlic salt to taste
onion salt to taste
This recipe is for a smaller bucket. Perhaps a one to two gallon size. Leave it overnight as well.
Note: This recipe is for about 50 chicken breasts that are put in a 5 gallon bucket that has a lid that seals on very tight. I think the lid has to have a neoprene seal. You have to be able to seal the bucket tight! You will need to marinate the chicken breasts approximately 24 hours before you cook.
